Congratulations to the 2016 winners of the Helen Mears Memorial Art Contest.  Class A – Sculpture:  1^st – Kalilyn Ling, 2^nd – Ben Styer, Honorable Mention – Helayna Brown.  Class B – Drawing and Painting:  1^st – Rayna Lemke, 2^nd – MacKenzey Larsen, Honorable Mention – Emily Schwartz.    Congratulations to all of you on a job well done! 

There will be a Jr. Optimist/Core Value meeting this week on Thursday, March 31^st, during 1^st and 2^nd lunch.

Youth Representing Youth is hosting four Wednesday afternoon sessions for girls in grades 6-8 at MMS.  These sessions use fun activities that focus on getting young teen girls to feel more confident.  Dates are April 6^th, 13^th, 20^th and 27^th from 3 – 4 pm.  Admission is free and snacks will be provided.  You can sign up with Mrs. Horner.

Jr. Optimists and Core Value Reps.  Be sure to get your permission form turned in to the front office by Friday, April 8^th for the Hoffman Hills tree planting field trip.  Please note:  We had to change the date of the trip to Friday, April 15^th.

Attention Multicultural Club students:  We will be having an important meeting on Tuesday, March 29^th after school in the FACS food room from 3 -4 pm.  We will have a guest speaker, try some ethnic food from country, and will also be discussing our upcoming field trip.  Don’t miss it!

Registration for the Dodgeball Tournament will be accepted today, March 29^th.  Again, the registration will take place during lunch.  See Mr. Haas with any questions.
