Congratulations to our gymnasts on a great performance night this past Friday.  Your skills were amazing!  A special thank you to coaches:  Ms. Resler, Mrs. Beaupre, Ms. Plekkenpol, Ms. Schimek and Mr. Path, for all of your dedication and hard work for our gymnastics program.

Big congratulations to all Math Counts members for a fantastic job at their competition last Friday!  All of the competitors racked their brains on very difficult math problems and represented our middle school very well!  First the students competed as individuals.  In the Geometry division, Simon Fichter took 2^nd, while Zach Hopp and Morgan Selchow tied for 3^rd.  In the Algebra division, Ethan Peickert and MacKenzie Flug tied for 2^nd, while Regan Smith placed 3^rd.  For 8^th grade, Austin Gjestson, Betsy Woodward, Walter Webinger, and Kevin Leach took 3^rd.  In the 7^th grade division, Ethan Phillips placed 3^rd, and for 6^th grade, Alex Slaback took 1^st place.  In the team part of the competition, the 6^th grade team of Isaac Hoy, Alex Slaback, Kylie Braun, and Toby Hopp took 2^nd place.  In the 8^th grade division, the team of Sam Christenson, Patrick Schwartz, Avery Mitchell and Shane Drazkowski took 2^nd place.  The Algebra team of Andrew Zukowski, Ethan Peickert, MacKenzie Flug, Brett Waznik, and Anneka Rogers took 2^nd place.  The Geometry team of Zach Hopp, Emily Schwartz, Morgan Selchow, Simon Fichter, and Jordan Selchow took 1^st place.

Junior Optimists/Core Value Reps:  We will be meeting Tuesday, December 22^nd during 1^st and 2^nd lunch.

Sign up for 3^rd quarter sports will be today, December 21^st and Tuesday, December 22^nd during lunch.  Sports being offered are 6^th, 7^th and 8^th Wrestling, 7^th & 8^th Girls Basketball and 7^th & 8^th Boys Swim.
