Menomonie Middle School Announcements 

Track and Field:  Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Track Team on a great performance last night at the River Falls Invite against River Falls, New Richmond and Hudson.

The 6th grade & 7th grade girls won the invite, as did the 6 & 7 grade boys.   The 8th grade girls were 2nd, and the 8th grade boys were third.

Special congrats to sprinter Landon Vang for an impressive 400 meter debut of 1:01.   Congrats to Ayala Hilson and Mari Ramirez for sweeping the 7th grade hurdles going 1-2, and Aiden Kroening for winning the 7th grade hurdles.  The mile was an impressive event last night, with the 8th grade girls Bree Barfknecht, Allison Xu and Addison Schuler going 1-2-3 with times of 5:50, 5:53 and 5:55, followed by a win by 8th grader Logan Topper in 5:06.

 

Way to go team!   There is NO practice tonight due to potential rain and our late night invite last night.  See you at our Meet Monday!  Dismissal at 2:35 pm again Monday.
