8^th Grade Boys Basketball:  The 8^th grade boys basketball teams played their final games of the season at Chippewa Falls.  We won 3 of our 4 games in very hard-fought matches.  Our end of season celebration is after school from 3:15 – 4:00.

MathCounts:  MathCounts members have a mandatory meeting on Tuesday after school since we go to Rice Lake on Wednesday for our next competition.  Science Olympiad coaches know you need to be at this MathCounts meeting so be sure to be there.  Make sure you are also planning ahead for our competition by getting a lunch.  You must bring a lunch on Wednesday since there will not be one available there.  See Ms. Kyles or Mrs. Forster if you have any questions.

7^th Grade Boys Basketball:  Your 7^th grade BBB teams finished out their season at home last night on a positive note.  They played three games against Chippewa Falls and ended up winning two of them.  Congratulations to all teams on a great season!

Student Council:  Meow. Meow.  The kitties are calling.  It’s cold and they need blankets.  The Student Council is sponsoring a tie blanket activity for school Tuesday, January 17^th after school until 4:30pm.  These tiny blankets will help the Dunn County Humane society cats have a comfortable stay while they wait for adoption.  This is event is open to all students.  Come and tie a blanket and enjoy time with friends next Tuesday, January 17^th after school.  Meow!  Meow!

EL Testing:  EL students will be doing EL ACCESS writing testing today.  6^th grade EL students need to go to Mrs. Bade’s room 418 right away during CARES.
