Spring Musical: Where will you be after school the Week of February 27th? All of the cool cats will be trying out for the MMS Spring Musical! But what is the Spring Musical this year? Listen closely to the morning announcements this week for clues and see if you think you can guess before we announce the show on Friday morning! Today’s clue – this years Spring Musical is almost entirely music.
Forensics: Coaches are available every day until 4:00pm this week to help you select your piece. Registrations are due by this Friday, December 9th. If you missed the kick-off meeting, pick up a registration packet today from Mr. Haas or Mrs. Enyeart.
8th Grade Boys Basketball: Reminder that the 8th Grade Boys Bball team will be released at 2:45pm for their away game at Northstar. Players, remember to be quiet in the halls after you are released.
Science Olympiad: Menomonie had a lot of success in our first Science Olympiad competition of the year!
Menomonie Maroon took 2nd in our division, and 3rd overall, out of 30 middle school teams across several states. Notable finishes included:

Fall Play: Congratulations again to all the cast and crew of the Fall Play, 15 Reasons to Not Be in a Play. We will have a cast & crew party on Thursday, December 8th after school until 4:00pm in the choir room. Please bring a treat to share, and send any pictures you’d like in the slideshow to Mrs. Enyeart by Monday, Dec. 5th.
Student Council: Student Council is hosting a winter clothing drive from November 28 – December 9. We are accepting new, gently used, or un-worn coats, gloves, hats, boots, and snow pants. All items will be donated to the C-3 Center. Donation bins are located on a table outside of the main office.
