Picture Retakes:  Picture retakes are this Thursday, October 6th.  Pictures will start right at the beginning of CARES and they will only stay until we are through the groups so make sure you aren’t late!  We will call you down to the cafeteria in groups.  Order forms are available in the front office.  If you did not get your picture taken on the first day of school, please make sure you come down even if you aren’t buying pictures as this is also the yearbook picture.  You can also order online at mylifetouch.com using the Retake Picture Day ID: EVTRBJ9B6.

Cell Phone Policy:  Reminder to students, an easy way to remember our cell phone policy is, bell to bell, no cell.  Cell phone must stay locked in your locker and shut off during the school day.

Football:  All 8th grade football players need to come to the gym when they are done eating today for a meeting with Coach Sins.

Girls Tennis:  The MMS girls tennis teams were in action last night against Eau Claire Delong.  The M1 girls lost a close match 5-8 while the M2 girls decisively defeated Delong 7-3.  A special congratulations to Emelia, Sydney, Anabelle, Kylie, Lauren and Reagan for winning both of their matches!

The girls are back in action this Thursday against Altoona.

Cross Country:  Attention cross country runners.  This is a reminder that you should be dismissed today at 2:45pm and load the buses out the gym doors.  If you have questions, see a coach.

FFA:  Join us tonight for Culver’s Night with the FFA.  Tell your parents to take the night off from cooking and have supper at culver’s.  Part of the profits go to support Menomonie FFA.  Hope to see you there!

Student Council:  Due to Teacher Professional Development, there will be a Student Council meeting this Thursday at 7am in the library.

Fall Play: Time is running out!  Final auditions for 15 Reasons To Not Be In A Play take place today after school in the choir room.  If you have any questions, see Ms. Coffey.
