Fall Play: Calling all actors for this year's fall production “15 Reasons Not To Be In A Play!”  Auditions are next week Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 5 in the choir room.  Students only need to attend one of the two audition days, and you must register in advance through the MMS Drama website.  Any questions, see Ms. Coffey in room 814 after school or during 8th grade lunch.  You do not want to miss being a part of this show!

Core Value Poster Contest:  Congratulations to Mia Osterhaus, our core value poster winner this year!  Mia’s crossword design will be the one to display our core values around the school this year.  Thank you very much to all the creative students here at MMS who submitted such wonderful entries to our contest this year.  You made choosing a winner a difficult one.

Tennis:  The tennis courts were “on fire” yesterday afternoon as your girls tennis teams took on Mondovi and Northstar.  The M1 girls won 5-2 over Mondovi and the M2 girls played tough but lost a close match 5-7 to Northstar.  The girls have improved greatly over the last few weeks.  A special congratulations to Adi Micek and Elodie Long for their 6-0 sweep at #2 doubles.  A special congratulations to Savannah McNabb, Hannah Hoyt and Aubree Berends for their double sweep 6-5, 6-4.  The girls are back in action next Monday afternoon against Delong.

8th Grade Volleyball:  The girls had some great games at Delong Middle School last night.  Each team battled hard and either tied or won.  Special shout out for awesome serves to Lilly Kessels, Kenzi Kitchner and Kierra Weiker.  Great job girls.

7th Grade Volleyball:  Last night the 7th grade volleyball team had the crowd going crazy with their performance against Delong Middle School.  Each team left it all out on the court and won 9 of the 12 games.  Fantastic job ladies!  Your coaches are very proud!
