Track & Field:  Congratulations to the boys and girls who placed third at the Hudson Invitational in Track and Field.  Special congrats to our top five place finishers out of 100s of athletes.  Bryce Shepard won the discus and placed 2^nd in the shot put.  Danica Holcomb blazed to a win in the 800-meter run.  Renner Stoll was 2^nd in the 100-meter hurdles with a blazing 15.49.  Rachel Riepl was third in the 100-meter dash and 2^nd in the Long Jump. Bella Drake & Isabel Sorenson, the dynamic duo, went 3^rd & 5^th in the 100-meter hurdles.  Kyah Barnhart got third in the mile.  Oliver Lugo placed 5^th in the 400 meter.  Luke Pember placed 4^th in the boys 200 meter and 3^rd in the shot put.  ZaBriona Jones was 5^th in the Long Jump.  Results are posted on Google Classroom.

Girls Soccer:  Congratulations to the girls soccer team on their first game of the season!  Goals were scored by Carly Zack and Arianna Beazley, and an amazing effort was made by all!  Reminder there is no practice tonight.

8^th Graders:  If you plan to play football in High School next year, there will be a meeting on Wednesday, August 3^rd from 5:30pm – 7:30pm in the High School cafeteria.  Mark you calendar! 

Varsity Cheer Tryouts:    8^th Graders – Are you ready to show your school spirit?!  Why not try out for the varsity cheer team.  Tryouts are May 5^th & 6^th from 4:30 – 6:00 to learn materials in the HS commons.  The tryouts are May 7^th from 9 – 11 am in the HS gym.  Look out for flyers and social media posts for details to sign up.
