8th Grade Opportunity:  The high school will be hosting a presentation tonight from 6:00pm-7:00pm for 8th graders interested in learning more specific details about the CVTC Business Management Academy. All students interested in being a part of this academy or learning more about this academy should plan to attend. 

 

8th Grade Registration:  8th graders that have not turned in their green high school registration forms need to turn them in to Ms. Harrison by the end of the day today. Students who have not filled out a registration form need to see Ms. Harrison to fill a form out by the end of the day today. 

 

Forensics:  We have our first meet on Thursday.  Please be sure to sign up for a time to practice.

 

Weight Room:  The weight room will be open Tuesday and Friday at 6:30am.  Everyone is welcome.

 

Multi-Cultural Club:  The next meeting will be Thursday, January 27th in Mrs. Lemanski’s room 412 at 3:05pm.  We will end at 4:00pm.  We will have a guest speaker from the Ukraine.  Come to learn about this country and culture.

 

Girls Basketball:  7th & 8th girls basketball starts today.  Practice is Monday – Friday from 3:10pm – 4:45pm. 

 

Boys Swim:  We will have a short meeting on Tuesday, January 25th in the cafeteria.  Swim practice will start on Wednesday, January 26th at the high school pool.

 

MathCounts:  Please bring $3 to Mrs. Kyles, Mrs. Paull, or Mrs. Forster for our end of the year party before Wednesday, January 26th.  Fill out the Google Form on Google Classroom to let us know if you will be attending.

Reminders:  We continue to emphasize hand washing, physical distancing and respiratory etiquette.  A friendly reminder to all students to continue to hand wash or use sanitizer in the lunch lines.  We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building in pods, entry ways, lunch lines and in classrooms.  Please stay home if you are sick or if you or a family member are waiting on a Covid-19 test result.
