High School Preview Night:  8th Grade Families

Menomonie High School invites you to attend the MHS Mustang Preview Night on January 13, 2022, starting at 5:30 in the MHS Auditorium. This event is designed for families and students to have the opportunity to meet with representatives from each MHS department. It will also allow you to ask questions and gather more information about selecting appropriate courses and individualizing your student's upcoming high school experience. Your student will also be receiving some information at Menomonie Middle School in the coming days which will also help with this process.

If possible, please plan on attending so that we can assist you in creating an appropriate plan at MHS which coincides with your student's post-secondary aspirations. If you are unable to attend, feel free to reach out to MHS directly with any questions you may have.

Core Value Poster Contest:  Thank you to everyone who submitted a design for our core value poster contest!  Today is the day to vote for your favorite, which will be used to display our core values around the school.  All students and staff at MMS are asked to vote only once for the one entry they like the best.  The winner will be announced on Friday.

Forensics:  There is a Forensics meeting this Thursday, January 6 after school until 4:00pm.  Please let Mrs. Enyeart or Mr. has know if you are unable to attend.

Lost and Found:  Please check the lost and found table for missing items this week.  Anything left will be removed from the building this Friday after school.

Reminders:  We continue to emphasize hand washing, physical distancing and respiratory etiquette.  A friendly reminder to all students to continue to hand wash or use sanitizer in the lunch lines.  We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building in pods, entry ways, lunch lines and in classrooms.  Please stay home if you are sick or if you or a family member are waiting on a Covid-19 test result.
