Girls Swim:  We have a swim meet on Tuesday, Dec. 7^th.  Swimmers stay at MMS.  We will be boarding the bus back by the gym at MMS at 3:15pm.  We will be changing in the locker rooms at Chippewa Falls.  The meet is from 4:30 – 5:30.   The pool is at the middle school in Chippewa Falls.

Science Olympiad:  Good luck to the maroon, White, Zinc & Silver Science Olympiad teams as they compete tomorrow in their first competition.!  If you have questions, email Mrs. Topper.

8^th Grade Boys Basketball:  vs. Chippewa Falls results. 

Team 1:  Won 27 to 18.  Adonis Butler was the leading scorer with 16 points.

Team 2:  Thrilling comeback win, final score or 44 to 42.  Clutch performance from Renner Stoll.

Team 3:  40 to 41 loss in a hard fought game.  Max Branch scored 15 points.

Battle of the Books:  If you are interested in participating in the Battle of the Books, you can sign up in the library.  Our first meeting is Monday, December 20^th during your lunch, but come sign up and get a head start on reading.  Ask Ms. Kim in the library for more details.

Forensics:  Did your mother ever tell you not to talk with your mouth full?  Come get a mouthful of food and a lot to talk about at the Forensics Kick-off meeting today from 3:10 – 3:30 in the cafeteria.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Enyeart or Mr. Haas.

Reminders:  We continue to emphasize hand washing, physical distancing and respiratory etiquette.  A friendly reminder to all students to continue to hand wash or use sanitizer in the lunch lines.  We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building in pods, entry ways, lunch lines and in classrooms.  Please stay home if you are sick or if you or a family member are waiting on a Covid-19 test result.
