Jersey Day: To honor Jackson Sparkes, a young man who had his life taken during the Waukesha Parade tragedy, the Milwaukee Brewers and MMS ask anyone to wear a baseball jersey for Jackson Friday. If you have a baseball or softball jersey, please join us in wearing one tomorrow.
Battle of the Books: If you are interested in participating in the Battle of the Books, you can sign up in the library. Our first meeting is Monday, December 20th during your lunch, but come sign up and get a head start on reading. Ask Ms. Kim in the library for more details.
Mustang Minds: Our after school homework club will continue today. If you plan to attend, please report to the cafeteria at 3:15pm! Bring any materials you will need to complete missing work. We will end at 4:45pm. For online homework help, the Google Classroom Class Code is v624r22.
If you have not signed up yet, a permission form is required and can be picked up in the front office.
Forensics: Do you love the stage? Do you love the spotlight? Are you awaiting your Oscar nomination with your acceptance speech prepared? Come show us your stuff at the kickoff meeting tomorrow from 3:10 – 3:30 in the cafeteria. If you have questions, see Mrs. Enyeart or Mr. Haas.
Quote of the Week: When you practice gratefulness, there is a sense of respect toward others. ~ Dalai Lama
Word of the Month: Respect
Reminders: We continue to emphasize hand washing, physical distancing and respiratory etiquette. A friendly reminder to all students to continue to hand wash or use sanitizer in the lunch lines. We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building in pods, entry ways, lunch lines and in classrooms. Please stay home if you are sick or if you or a family member are waiting on a Covid-19 test result.
