Veteran’s Day:  We will be live streaming our Veteran’s Day Program this year.  The program will not be open to the public, but can be viewed live!  The program will be live on Thursday, November 11th.   The live stream will begin at 9:40am with the program beginning about 9:50am.   Here is the link to view our program.

FCA:  We will meet tomorrow at 6:50am in the gym.  See you there!

 

Science Olympiad:  There will be no Science Olympiad tonight due to conferences.  We will have practice on Thursday and Friday this week.

 

Reminders:  We continue to emphasize hand washing, physical distancing and respiratory etiquette.  A friendly reminder to all students to continue to hand wash or use sanitizer in the lunch lines.  We have sanitizing stations located throughout the building in pods, entry ways, lunch lines and in classrooms.  Remember to social distance!  Please stay home if you are sick or if you or a family member are waiting on a Covid-19 test result.

 

Parent Teacher Conferences:  Reminder that we have conferences on tonight and Thursday, November 18th from 4 – 7:30pm.  If you do not have a time scheduled, or need to confirm your slot, please contact your student’s CARES teacher.

 

Book Fair:  The Book Fair is back!  Come and check out all the new books before school, during lunch, and after school.  We have discounted books and many graphic novels.  We will also be open during Parent/Teacher Conferences.

 

Girls Swim:  If you need to ride a bus to the high school, please take bus #1 or bus #35 to the high school pool.

 

MathCounts:  Do you enjoy math?  Do you love a challenge?  Then MathCounts is the club for you!  MathCounts will start Wednesday, November 10th from 3 – 4pm in the library.  Talk to your math teacher or Mrs. Paull, Mrs. Forster, or Mrs. Kyles if you have questions or can’t make it to the first meeting.
