Water Bottles:  Please remember to bring your refillable water bottles to school with you.  The weather is getting warmer and it’s important you stay hydrated.  Our supply of water bottles is out.

Boys Tennis:  Congratulations on another win against Altoona – great job everyone!

Track & Field:  Congratulations to the Boys & Girls Track Teams for an amazing performance in their home meet last night.  Many athletes ran personal bests.

Many events were won on the track and in the field last night including:

  • Tristan Sanderson in the 100 meter dash AND 200 meter dash.
  • Westin Ngo in the 400 meter dash.
  • Grant Burns in the 800 meter dash AND the mile for 7th grade.
  • The 4 X 100 meter relay of Tristan Sanders, John Higbie, Ray Pember and Reid Cegeileski, who crushed the school record and the competition running 50.4 seconds.
  • The 4 x 200 meter relay of Pember, Ngo, AJ Zydowsky and Ayden Martin.
  • Ray Pember in the shot put.
  • Ben Helminski in the discus.
  • Bryce Shepard in the 7th grade shot.
  • Bailey Casey in the 7th grade discus.
  • Jae Berg in the 8th grade high jump & Myka Fox in the 7th grade high jump.
  • Tristan Sanders in the 8th grade long jump.
  • Megan McMahon in the 8th grade 200 meters.
  • Anna Bast in the 7th grade 400.
  • Kyah Barnhart in the 7th grade mile & 800 meter.
  • Isabel Sorenson in the 7th grade hurdles.
  • Alicia Mainjeni in the discus.
  • Kirston Coss, Lyric McDonald and Maria Sorenson went 1-2-3 in the high jump!
  • Maria Sorenson in the long jump.
