Science Olympiad:  Reminder that our meet is tomorrow for the entire team at the University of Minnesota.  You need to be at the school ready to go at 6:45am!  Also, a reminder that you should bring warm clothes because we have to walk from building to building outside and some of the campus is up to a half mile away!  See us with questions?

Message from Oaklawn:  Mrs. Smith, Principal at Oaklawn Elementary , wants to remind any middle school students who go into Oaklawn after school for any reason to sign in at the office front counter every time. 

Thank you to the MMS students who volunteer their time at Oaklawn near the end of the school day.  

Oaklawn students are in class until 3:25 pm, so please do not try to do an early pickup of an Oaklawn student unless a parent or guardian has called Oaklawn and given permission for you to do so for an appointment or other special circumstance.

Middle School students are welcome to wait for pick up in the covered entry way.  In cold or bad weather students can wait quietly in the lobby area.  

Please do not ask to use the restrooms unless it is an emergency.  If you know you will be waiting at Oaklawn, then use the restrooms at the middle school before walking to Oaklawn.

Middle School students should not walk to Oaklawn and get on a bus there unless special arrangements have been approved by Menomonie Transportation bus company in advance.
