Track:  Congratulations to all who competed in the track meet on Monday.  There were many personal bests.  Special recognition to some of the top place finishers:  1^st place to 4 x 100 relay team of Gabe Zander, Bobby Mikesell, Brady Thompson & Henry Saunders; 1^st place to Mike King in discus and Kali Kirby in shot put and discus; 1^st place to Bobby Mikesell in high jump and Ben Hecker in long jump.  Bring a pencil to practice tonight!

Multi-Cultural Club:  There will be a today in the Spanish room right after announcements.  We’ll talk about our final fundraiser and the end of the year party!  Don’t miss it!

Science Olympiad:  A reminder to all Science Olympiad participants that our end-of-year party will be today from 3 – 5 pm in Mr. Evans’ room.  We look forward to celebrating a great season! 

Impact Testing:  Any 8^th graders planning to do any sports in high school must take impact testing.  We will be testing Tuesday, May 29 – Friday, June 1^st after school from 3 – 4 pm.  You must sign up in advance in the front office.  Space is limited.  Permission forms must be turned in in order to take the test.  Stop in the front office to sign up for a date.

Baseball Players:  The Menomonie Baseball Association and Triple Threat Training will be hosting their 1^st annual Spring Training Camp at Wakanda Park on Saturday, May 19^th.  (1^st – 4^th Grade 9:00 am – 11:30am and 5^th – 9^th grade 12:00pm – 2:30 pm.)  Please stop in and see Mr. Mountin for more information or register online using the Menomonie Baseball Association’s website.
