Multi-cultural Club:  There is a short meeting right after announcements.  Please go to Mrs. Lemanski’s room to plan our international cooking session.

There will be a short meeting during CARES on Thursday.  We will plan our international meal and cooking session.  All members must attend in Mrs. Lemanski’s room.  Please remember:  The meal will be Wednesday, March 7^th.

Girls’ Basketball:  Your 7^th grade girls’ basketball team battled Chippewa Falls last night and took 2 out of 3 games.  Way to go girls!  

FCA:  We will have a meeting tomorrow at 6:30 am in the General Music room.

Forensics:  Family Night is tonight!  Please bring money for dinner to Mrs. Enyeart today and arrive to the cafeteria with your friends and family, and your Forensics piece at 4:30 pm.

Black Leaders of WI:  We are sponsoring a celebration and education night, tonight, from 6:30 – 8 pm in the MMS Cafeteria.  All are welcome.  We will have some great food and hear from and officer and professor.

Celebrate Black History Month:  Amber Stocks is currently the head coach for the WNBA Chicago Sky, amber Stocks is a veteran coach and experienced player of over 20 years.  Stocks came to the Sky after two successful seasons as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Sparks.  During her time with the Sparks, Stocks helped turn around a franchise that went 14-20 in 2015 to 26-8 in 2016.  Stocks was key in scouting and game preparation, spurring the Sparks’ run in 2016 WNBA Champions.  In addition to her essential role in strategy preparation, Stocks was also responsible for coaching the LA frontcourt, which included the 2016 WNBA MVP, the 2016 6^th Woman and the 2016 Final MVP.

Amber Stocks is a four-year women’s basketball letter winner at University of Cincinnati, Stocks was a four-time Bearcat Scholar honoree, three-time Defensive Player Award recipient and helped lead the Bearcats to a conference USA Championship.

Spring Volleyball:  Attention 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grade girls interested in playing spring league volleyball.  There are flyers in the office.  Please pick them up ASAP!  Required parent meeting is schedule for this Thursday evening.
