Forensics:  Next Monday, November 20th, we will kick off a new Forensics season with an introductory meeting in the choir room.  What is Forensics?  It has nothing to do with CSI, Law and Order, The Closer or NCIS.  Forensics is public speaking – from poetry to stand-up comedy, from new reports to plays, and from readers theater to demonstrations.  To learn more, come to the Forensics kick-off meeting next Monday from 3 – 3:30 pm in the Choir Room.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Enyeart or Mr. Haas.

FCCLA:  FCCLA is hosting a Thanksgiving Donut Sale.  Boy one for yourself or show your thanks for a friend.  Donut notes will be sold during lunch Monday, November 13 – Friday, November 17th, and donuts & notes will be delivered on Tuesday November 21st during CARES.  Cost is $1 per donut.  “Donut” you know we’re thankful for you!

Multi-Cultural Club Members:  There is a mandatory meeting today, November 13th after school in Senora Lemanski’s room to pick up your butter braids.  Bring a cooler and get a ride home for 3:30 pm.  The butter braids must be picked up on Monday, November13th, right after school.

Book Fair:  Come visit the Scholastic Book Fair!  The book fair is open before school, during lunch and after school in the library.  The book fair is also open during parent/teacher conferences.

Word of the Week:  Courage – Have the courage to do what is right!
