After school homecoming plans:  If you are planning to go with friends on the bus after school for homecoming, please make sure you bring a note to the office before school or during your lunch on Friday.  Do not wait until the bell rings as there may not be time or room on the bus.  Texts and calls from parents/guardians will not be accepted.  A handwritten note is required for all bus passes.  This is an extremely busy day in the office so we cannot guarantee you will get messages.  Please plan ahead and make sure you know what you are doing after school for homecoming.  If you are a normal bus rider and are walking or getting picked up, we do not need notes.  We only need notification if you are riding a bus.  You will not be allowed to leave class to make calls home or get passes.

Yearbook:  This week is National Yearbook Week, founded in 1987 by President Ronald Reagan.  Be sure to celebrate by making sure your 2017-18 yearbook is reserved.  Go online to purchase one at JOSTENS.COM.  When you buy your yearbook online, you will be automatically entered to win one of 5 Canon digital cameras, offered by Jostens.  Offer ends October 16.  Reserve your yearbook copy today.

Smart Girls Rock:  Smart Girls Rock just got a new mentor!  A woman from UW-Stout’s Apparel and Design Department will be joining us on our rotations.  Make sure to turn in your Smart Girls Rock permission forms to Ms. Yonash or your CARES teacher by this Friday!  That’s in 2 days!

Core Value Poster Contest:  Be sure to choose which entry you want to display our core values at lunch today.  Voting will take place by the front office windows.  Come choose your favorite!

Homecoming:  Student Council is hosting Homecoming week dress up days this week.  With all days, please remember, no hats, hoods, or bandanas.

          Thursday – Twin Day

          Friday – Mustang Pride Day
