Dear SDMA Families, Students, and Staff,

As planning continues for summer school and the 2021-2022 school year, the SDMA administrative team is seeking family, staff and student feedback in relation to the district's response to the COVID-19 pandemic over the past year. The administrative team would also like to get input related to the required use of face masks in the SDMA. 

Please take a few minutes to complete the SDMA COVID-19 Survey, which will remain open for collecting responses until 8:00 AM on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. 

Results of the survey will be reviewed by the administrative team and a summary report will be shared with the school board on May 24.
