FREE!  Yes, I said FREE!  If you purchase a yearbook with personalization by the end of the day, Friday, Sept. 23^rd, you can choose up to four FREE icons to have printed on the outside cover of your yearbook.  You can order your book at Jostens.com or pick up an order form from the office or from Mrs. Creviston in room 418.  Hurry to get your FREE icons before time runs out next Friday, September 23^rd!

A reminder to all cross country runners, there is no practice tonight, September 16^th.  No practice tonight!  Please run at least one day this weekend, but take a parent/guardian or friend with you!

Attention Students of MMS!  Are you interested in using your leadership skills to promote our school-wide Core Values?  Are you interested in promoting the concept of “optimism?”  If so, our Junior Optimist/Core Value Club may be for you!  We meet twice monthly during first and second lunch to discuss school-wide projects, assemblies and our traditional Hoffman Hill field trip project(s).  Our first meeting will be held on Friday, September 23 during first and second lunch.  We will meet in the FACS room.  Bring your lunch and your optimism!

Attention Baseball Players!  The Menomonie Baseball Association will be holding their 12U – 14U tryouts this Sunday, September 18^th.  Registration starts at 11:30 am on diamond #2 at Wakanda Park.  See Mr. Mountin if you would like a flyer!  Go Mustangs!

The MMS Core Value poster contest is almost over!  Take a look at the screen to see posters of the past!  Please consider sharing your creative design with us this year!  Create your design on an 8 ½ x 11 piece of paper and deliver it to the front office by Friday, September 16.  Winners will receive a prize and the winning poster will be hung on our Wall of Fame in the LMC forever!
