Lickin’ Lips Lollipops:  Lickin’ Lips Lollipops will be on sale during lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday this week.  Lollipops are .50 cents each (limit 6 per person, per day).  All proceeds go to The Wisconsin Foster Closet.

7^th Grade Girls Basketball:  It took a big broom to sweep all 3 Chippewa Falls teams last night, but your 7^th Grade Girls’ Basketball teams did just that by completing a clean sweep at home.  Way to go, girls!

Forensics:  For our Fall Creek meet today, please head down to the choir hallway at 2:40 pm.  Any questions, talk to a coach.

Science Olympiad:  We will not have practice on Thursday this week due to conferences.  We will have practice the rest of the week.

Corner Store:  Come on down to the Corner Store.  We have a wide variety of products to fit your needs.  Open before and after school.

Black History Month:  Everyone knows Michelle Obama as the first African-American First Lady of the United States. As the first lady she launched the “Let’s Move” program, she passed The School Lunch program with bipartisan support that provides free and reduced-price meals to more than 21 million low-income children, launched Let Girls Learn, a U.S. government-wide initiative to help girls around the world go to school and stay in school, and Through Chefs Move to School, 2,400 chefs and nearly 4,000 schools have signed up to work together, teaching kids about healthy eating and helping cafeteria staff prepare healthy meals. These are just a few of many things she did as the first lady. But did you know that she is a graduate from Harvard and became a lawyer for a big firm. One day her firm boss asked her to mentor a young lawyer. That mentee was Barack Obama.

Yearbook:  The deadline for ordering yearbooks is Friday, February 21^st!  Late orders not accepted so do not wait until the last minute!  The cost of the yearbook is $25.  Please order online at Jostens.com or get a yearbook order form from the office.
