Donation for Deployed Soldiers:  As Veterans Day approaches on November 11th, we are collecting goods to send over to Alpha Co. 1-128th soldiers who recently deployed from Menomonie. Some of the members of this group are relatives and loved ones of students and families in the district. Our goal is to get the supplies to them before the holidays. In order to make this possible we need all donations in by November 1st. Below is a list of items that the soldiers will appreciate. Please keep your donations to items on the list as there are restrictions on what can be sent overseas. Please turn in any donations to your CARES teacher. We appreciate all your help in supporting our local deployed service men and women.

DECA:  Our Middle School DECA will be doing Trick or Can.  Trick or Can is where you bring in non-perishable food items (stuff in cans).  All the non-perishable food items will be going to our local food pantry, Stepping Stones.  The items that are most needed are peanut butter and jelly, canned meats, boxed dinners, spaghetti sauce and pasta, rice and dry beans.  They also accept personal hygiene products.  There will be a box in every pod, office and other locations throughout school where you can put your non-perishable food items.  They do not accept home made goods.  The drive starts today and runs through Halloween.  Thank you for your support!
