8th Grade Girls Basketball:  The girls wrapped up their season in style at EC Delong Tuesday night.  It was a great finish to a great season.  Nice job, girls!

 

7th Grade Girls Basketball:  Congratulations to the 7th grade girls’ basketball teams for a great season.  All 3 teams remained undefeated as they played their last games on Tuesday against Delong.  We have our last practice and pizza party tonight during our regular practice time.  If you still have not paid your $3, please get your money to Coach Kyles as soon as possible.

 

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory:  All 7th grade music students going to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Friday must come to a meeting today in the choir room.  Get your lunch and bring it in and we’ll start right away.  Any questions, see Mrs. Enyeart.

 

Boys Swim:  Our pizza party is moved to Friday night after school until 4 pm in the MMS cafeteria.

 

Spring Pictures:  Spring pictures will be Monday, April 1st.  This is the 1st day back after spring break.  You can pick up a money envelope in the front office.  Your envelope and money must be turned in at the time you have your picture taken.  Pictures will be taken during CARES and into 1st period.

 

Wrestling:  All wrestlers remember to get out of class at 2:50 pm.  The bus is leaving for Eau Claire South at 3:00 pm.

 

Craving Culver’s?  On Monday, March 18th, the K-12 Art Department would like to serve you from 5-8pm.  Just mention “Celebrating The Arts” when ordering!  Students artwork is currently on display too!  Hope to see you there!

 

Spring Play:  Don’t miss your chance to audition for the spring play, The Trouble With Tucker Dowt!  Visit the MMS Drama website and fill out the audition form, read about the characters, and prepare for your audition.  Any questions, see Mrs. Enyeart.

 

Hoops for Heart:  A reminder that Hoops for Heart final 4 is Monday, March 8.  Please continue to turn money in to Mrs. Hastings.

Science Olympiad:  This Saturday, 36 students will be competing in the State Science Olympiad competition at UW-Stout.  These students need to make sure to submit their Visitor Permission forms to Mr. Evans by Thursday.  Practice will be held every day after school this week.  Exhibition teams should return to after school practice Wednesday and Thursday to make any final preparations for Saturday.

 

FCCLA:  Friday is FCCLA Donut Day!  Want to have a donut Friday during CARES?  In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, FCCLA will be selling donut orders at lunch Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during lunch.  Order yourself or a friend a donut for $1 at the FCCLA Table at lunch and then you’ll have a donut delivered Friday during CARES.

 

Dodgeball Tournament:  The Student Council is sponsoring a Dodgeball Tournament next Thursday, March 21st after school from 3:15 – 4:45.  Information and registration forms are posted in the cafeteria.  Team registration will take place this week during lunch.  Get your team of 6 together for the competition.  The teacher team is ready to go!  See Mr. Haas or Ms. Yonash with any questions.
