Girls’ Basketball:  Grandma always said…”if you want to clean up, bring the broom.”  That is exactly what your 8th grade girls’ BB teams did as the swept Chippewa Falls on Monday night.  Way to go ladies!

 

MathCounts:  Our top 12 Math Counts students competed in the Regional Competition against all schools in the Northwestern part of Wisconsin on Monday.  These students represented Menomonie well with their hard work and solid efforts.  A special congratulation goes out to Emmett Ogden who placed 4th at Regionals and will be advancing on to the State Math Counts competition in early March.

 

Gaming Club:  There will be no Gaming Club in February due to conferences and other scheduling conflicts.  We will meet again in March.

 

Multi Cultural Club:  We will our Indian Meal after school today in the FACS room.  Learn how to cook an Indian meal with Mr. Larson!  You need a ride home at 5:30 pm.  Bring your ingredients to Senora Lemanski’s room during CARES today.  Thanks!

 

FCCLA:  Check your email for details about our short meeting afterschool today & how we’re going to be making up Regionals.

 

Battle of the Books:  All students participating in the Battle of the Books need to meet in the Library during WIN time today!
